Experience: With a particular interest in investment, John started his career in 1989 as an equities analyst at AMRO Bank (later ABN AMRO). During the last eight years prior to working for Fonds Bloemendaal, John was a Director at Credit Suisse, servicing institutional investors with a very successful idea-driven mindset and a strong focus on returns.

In cooperation with the Algemeen Burgerlijk Pensioenfonds (ABP), John developed a model concerning the importance of factors that determine the lack of occupancy of real estate. With a particular interest in investment, he started his career at AMRO Bank (later ABN AMRO) as an equities analyst with a focus on IT and consumer electronics. Almost four years later, he continued his career in the field of advice and sales of Dutch equities to institutional investors with Oyens & van Eeghen, then a subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais Bank Nederland (CLBN). There he was also a member of the financial committee of the CLBN pension fund, which formulated the Bank’s investment policy. At NatWest Securities (later taken over by Deutsche Bank), he expanded his advisory and sales activities to European equities. In addition, he was a member of the investment committee of the Free University of Amsterdam (Vrije Universiteit) for almost 10 years. Name: Jeroen Zuyderhoudt (1966)
Position: Manager Operations (Risk & Compliance)
Education: Business Administration (Financial Management), Erasmus University Rotterdam

Experience: In collaboration with Erasmus University, Jeroen developed risk analysis models for liability insurance and for the assessment of the creditworthiness of borrowers. In 2000, he became a partner at ICE. From a small company, ICE turned into one of the leading SAP consulting firms (approximately 200 consultants) in the Netherlands and abroad.

In cooperation with Erasmus University, Jeroen developed a Risk Analysis Model for Directors & Officers Liability Insurances at Bloemers Nassau Group and for estimating creditworthiness for Graydon’s debtor monitoring services and conducted a Market Research Survey for Ernst & Young’s due diligence services. With a focus on administrative organization and internal control (AO/IC) he continued his career at BSO (now Atos Origin) as SAP Finance & Controlling consultant. As a senior consultant and project manager, he participated in several projects at the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Dutch Air Force, ICI, Shell, Philips, Akzo, Q8, Reliant, Nuon and, during the last 3.5 years, at Rabobank. In 2000, Jerome became partner at ICE consulting services. From a small company, ICE turned into one of the leading SAP consulting firms (approximately 200 consultants) in the Netherlands and abroad.
