Restrictions

By striving for a favourable risk/return ratio, the Fund retains the option of utilizing investment opportunities and yielding a return on your money. Without defensive investment, Fonds Bloemendaal pursues a risk conscious policy. The following investment restrictions (also see section 2.3 of the prospectus) are part of this policy:

Investment restrictions (as a % of the Net Asset Value of the Fund)
1. Leverage capacity: Maximum 100%
2. Position in one company: Maximum 15%
3. Sum positions in one sector: Maximum 30%
4. Net position in one (convertible) company bond: Maximum 15%
5. Total position in one company: Maximum 20%
6. Short position in one company: Maximum 15%
7. Sum positions in small caps (<EUR 500 mln): Maximum 30%
or of gross exposure if > net asset value
8. Investment funds, private companies, commodities: Maximum 30%
