Fonds Bloemendaal: a multi-strategy hedge fund
Fonds Bloemendaal is a new Dutch multi-strategy hedge fund with a global focus. The Fund is authorized and regulated by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and is a contractual fund with a semi open-ended structure. This means that the Fund Manager regulates the issuance, transfer or redemption of Participations.
Bloemendaal Investment Management B.V., which has been granted a licence based on the Dutch Financial Markets Supervision Act (Wet op het financieel toezicht - Wft), is the independent Manager of the Fund. The Fund Manager is registered with the AFM as referred to in section 1:107 of the Wft.
Fonds Bloemendaal mainly targets private and professional investors with a longer term horizon. The Fund has an ‘absolute return’ focus (regardless of the direction of the financial markets). The target of the Fund is an average annual return of 12%, after deduction of fees, costs and expenses. We advise potential investors to carefully review the Prospectus and its ancillary documents, especially related to the risks and conditions. You can subscribe to or redeem your Participations on the first business day of every month. The minimum initial subscription amount is EUR 35,000. Your capital gain/loss is calculated weekly and is published on this website (The Fund).
